TECHNIQUE TIPS
Press iPrime Eyeshadow Base on eyelids before Shimmer Dust application to help the dust adhere to the lids. Use brush for dusting, pressing and blending product onto eyes. Finish with a coat at Glamalash Mascara and a thin line of iLine Liquid Eyeliner Pen for definition. Alternatively, mix Shimmer Dust with a small amount of Sealant and use brush to apply dust as a liner.
